NASHVILLE, Tenn.- Metro Police have arrested a man suspected in robbing a Auto Shop in South Nashville.
Officials said that a Metro Police detective spotted fencing material in the roadway near the Yada Auto Sales on 4th Avenue South and found that the business had been burglarized around 3:30 a.m. At the same time another officer spotted a vehicle on Murfreesboro Pike driven by Demedrick McBride. When officers stopped McBride they confirmed the truck had been driven through the fence at the Auto Shop.
Police charged McBride with burglary, vandalism and driving on a revoked license. He was being held on a $31,000 bond.
