NASHVILLE, Tenn.- A Nashville man has been charged with rap after he offered to drive a woman home from a downtown Nashville bar.
The incident happened last January. Police said that 47-year-old Jassim Al-Raash drove the victim to a park near his home and forced her out of the car and raped her in a wooded area. Police believe that Al-Raash may have victimized other women after offering to drive them home.
Al-Raash was charged with rape and was being held in lieu of $100,000 bond.
