CLARKSVILLE, Tenn.- Clarksville's city council has passed their budget on second reading.

The City Council was split in a vote: six members for, six against. Mayor Kim McMillan broke the tie and voted in favor of the budget. The budget calls for nearly $460 million dollars an increase from the previous year of more than $800,000.
