Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Cemetery, Thompson Lane/ Berry Hill
NASHVILLE, Tenn.- It's a
day many enjoyed with their fathers, but what about those fathers that have
gone on before us? Father's Day can stir up memories for those who've lost
their father's, at one of Nashville's most popular cemeteries Sunday, the
weather was warm and so were the greetings for those coming to visit their
fathers' graves.
Employees at Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton
in the Berry Hill community came prepared with small American flags for fathers
who served as a father to their families. It's an accomplishment that deserves
to be commended.
Brian Cullen's
father died exactly six years ago. He was a military man.
"He was in the Marine
Corps for three years. He loved the Marine Corps," explained Cullen.
Employees at Woodlawn say
Father's Day tends to be one of the busiest holidays right up there with
Mother's Day and Memorial Day.
