FRANKLIN, Tenn.- Police in Franklin are searching for a man who allegedly stole a woman's purse and used her credit cards to make over $3,000 in purchases.

The robbery happened at the Mallory Lane Wal-Mart, around 4 p.m. on Saturday. Officials said the man, along with an unknown female accomplice, stole the woman's wallet from inside her purse. The suspects then used the victim's credit cards to buy $3,800 worth of items.

Police said both suspects in this case are also suspects in several other thefts like this one.
