NASHVILLE, TENN. - Scattered, smothered, covered and arrested. Police said a serial robber's luck ran out at an area Waffle House.

Metro Police said that Bobby Putman was armed with a shotgun when he robbed the McGavock Pike Waffle House Wednesday night. When the employee couldn't get the cash drawer open, Putman took the entire register and sped off, moments later police spotted his getaway car and arrested him.

Police said during questioning Putman admitted to robbing several East Nashville businesses including Portland Brew, H.G. Hill and the Turnip Truck.
