NASHVILLE, Tenn.- A Belmont University student has been arrested for selling marijuana laced brownies to students from his dorm room.
Belmont Campus Security Officers told Metro Police they found a bag full of pot brownies, along with more than a dozen prescription drugs and $1,600 in cash in a safe in Marley Lentz's dorm room.
Lentz told police he sold the brownies to other students for between $10 and $20. He now faces felony charges of possessing drugs with the intent to sell in a school zone.
Lentz was taken to the Davidson County Jail where he was released on $20,000 bond. It was unclear what action the school would take against Lentz.
