Fort Campbell Women's Clinic Moves To New Spot

Posted: Updated:

FORT CAMPBELL, Ky. (AP) - Fort Campbell's women's health clinic will be temporarily closed starting Thursday as they move the services to a new location.

The clinic will reopen on February 22 in a temporary location on the post on the Tennessee-Kentucky state line, where it will remain for one year. In the meantime, the Blanchfield Army Community Hospital will renovate the existing facility to create more space for providers and incorporate a medical home model.

The temporary closure will occur over a long holiday weekend, but pregnant patients who need medical services can be seen by a primary care manager for non-obstetric issues. Women can also be seen in the Labor and Delivery department or the emergency room during the temporary closure.
