Accused Murderer Faces Charges In Second Murder Case

NASHVILLE, Tenn.- An accused killed is now facing charges in a second Nashville murder case.

Police said Tuesday that Jose Lemanuel Hall had been indicted for the January 29, 2011, death of Jeremy Green, who was found dead inside his apartment on Murfreesboro Pike.

Detectives said the Green was killed when the suspects, Hall, 20, Victor Johnson, 22, and Maurice Hegman, 23, stolen his electronic equipment.

Both Hall and Johnson are also accused of killing Green and face 1st degree murder and felony theft charges. Hegman, who knew Green from high school, is facing a felony theft count.

Police said that Hall has been in jail since April 2011, for the death of his ex-girlfriend, Kendrya Davis. Davis was found murdered inside an abandoned house in North Nashville on April 3rd. She suffered from multiple gunshot and stab wounds as well as blunt force trauma.

While Hall remains in police custody, officers are searching for Victor Johnson and Maurice Hegman. Anyone with information as to their whereabouts is urged to call Crime Stoppers at 74-Crime.
