Wanted Gang Member Arrested For Home Burglary

RUTHERFORD COUNTY, Tenn. – A known gang member wanted for numerous warrants after stealing guns during a home burglary was taken into custody on Wednesday. 

The Rutherford County Sheriff's Office was looking for Jonathan Pagan on arrest warrants for burglary of a home, theft and vandalism. 
Police: Known Gang Member Wanted After Burglary

Eagleville police recognized Pagan and apprehended him on Wednesday. The 32-year-old is accused of stealing firearms from the victim. The stolen property was recovered. 

Pagan and co-defendant James Allen Presley are accused of breaking into several houses. 

Pagan's girlfriend, 23-year-old Keioshia Morgan, was charged with felony filing a false report. She is free on bond. 

Presley and Pagan are being held in the Rutherford County Adult Detention Center. 

Detectives said Pagan is a confirmed member of the Gangster Disciples.
