NASHVILLE, Tenn.- One person is in the hospital and another could face charges after a head on collision.
The accident happened on I-440 West near 21st Avenue Saturday morning.
Investigators said the driver of the truck was going the wrong way and hit another car head on.
The victim in the car was taken to Vanderbilt in critical condition. The other driver could face charges, and investigators believe alcohol was involved in the crash.
